KMPC850SRCVR66BU Overview
The microprocessor is conveniently packaged in BGA, making it easy to ship internationally. High reliability is provided by the advanced packaging method Bulk. CPUs operate at 66MHz Hz. For functions of 256 pins, please refer to the datasheets. Data can be transferred over 32b bandwidths. Temperatures above 95°C are not suitable for operating the microprocessor. A CPU with 1 cores. 66MHz is expected to be the top frequency of the CPU. From 3.3V, the micro processor can be used. RAM (Random Access Memory) is designed to be 8kB.
