KA431SLMF2TF Overview
An easy-to-use SOT-23-3 Flat Leads package is used.The handy Shunt package is used in this program.This program uses the handy Tape & Reel (TR) package.Various terminations with 3.For precise voltage reference, use ±0.5% tolerance.There is an analog IC coupled to the reference voltage TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.As a result, it outputs 36V voltage.1 outputs are sufficient.Input can be entered into Adjustable forms.In the voltage reference ic, there are 3 pins.The PCB design can be made more demanding by using Surface Mount.Worked within -25°C~85°C TA.You can find other relevant parts by searching "KA431".Surface Mount applications are compatible with the voltage reference.A voltage reference ic's output current cannot exceed 100mA.For high-quality communication, there are 1 channels available.36V is its maximum output voltage.A cathode current of 1mA is generally considered to be correct.It is not possible for the voltage reference ic to output a voltage lower than 2.495V.Due to the fact that the maximum input voltage of the part is 37V, users are recommended to limit the voltage accordingly.
