KA431SAMFTF Overview
SOT-23-3 Flat Leads is used to simplify the process.Based on the Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape & Reel (TR) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 3.The voltage reference should have ±1% tolerance.IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 36V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.Users can enter input using the Adjustable form.A voltage reference ic with 3 pins is settled.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.Working within the range of -25°C~85°C TA.KA431 can be used to find other relevant parts.There are Surface Mount applications that can be used with the reference voltage.The voltage reference ic cannot provide output current greater than 100mA.Communications with high quality are limited to 1 channels.It has a maximum output voltage of 36V.The cathode current of a voltage reference ic should be 1mA.Since the part's max input voltage is 37V, users should limit the voltage accordingly.It generates a fixed voltage of 2.495V.SVHC (Substances of Very High Concern) are present in this voltage reference circuit?It can output a voltage of 36V regardless of external conditions.
