IXDI614CI Overview
For greater flexibility, the TO-220-5 Formed Leads package is adopted.A package of Tube has been used.This configuration includes 1 drivers.The device is mounted in the direction of Through Hole.A supply voltage of 4.5V~35V demonstrates its superiority.IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -55°C~150°C TJ.The input type is Inverting.The device is mounted using Through Hole.Its interface IC is BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.14A is the maximum output current.There are various useful electronic components in its subcategory PMIC - Power Management ICs.There are 3 component pins on the board.Based on its basis, it integrates 1 outputs.An output current of 14 A is supported.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a temperature of 125°C.Operating temperatures can be as low as -40°C.For operation, 35V is the maximum supply voltage.For operation, 4.5V is the minimum supply voltage.The gate driver belongs to the -- series.For operation, mosfet gate drivers has 1 channels.Mosfet driver ic is not allowed to exceed 3 mA when operating the supply current.For the development of its basis, 5 terminals are used.
