IXDD609YI Overview
A higher level of flexibility is provided by its TO-263-6, D2Pak (5 Leads + Tab), TO-263BA package.A packaging method of Tube is used.1 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 4.5V~35V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -55°C~150°C TJ is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.The mount method is Surface Mount.There is an interface IC called BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER that is employed in this device.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 2A.There are several useful electronic components found in its subcategory of PMIC - Power Management ICs.The board contains 4 pins for component connections.The basis of this system consists of 1 outputs.This device supports a current output of 9 A at the output.There is a maximum value of 125°C for the allowable operating temperature.Operating temperatures must not exceed -40°C.Due to its power supplies of 5/30 V, it solves the power supply problem for a wide range of applications.For operation, the supply voltage of 35V is the maximum value.4.5V is the minimum voltage required to operate it.Gate drivers of this type are included in the -- series.During operation, a voltage of 10μA is applied to the power supply.The operation channel configuration is 1.The basis for the development of this project is based on 5 terminals.
