IXDD504D2 Overview
For greater flexibility, its 8-VDFN Exposed Pad package is used.Bulk represents the package.Configuration is based on 2 drivers.Surface Mount is the way in which it is mounted.In the absence of a 4.5V~30V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.Gate type IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.This device can operate at temperatures up to -55°C~150°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type.Its configuration is based on a total of 8 terminations.There are various parts that can be found under its base part number IXD*504.Devices are mounted by Surface Mount.At the time of design, it is configured with 8 pins.In order to operate, a voltage of 18V has to be applied.Mosfet driver is equipped wMosfet driverh an interface chip BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.The board has 8 component pins.For its basis, there are 2 outputs integrated.There is a maximum operating temperature of 125 °C.Minimum operating temperatures are allowed to be -55 °C.Using its power supply of 4.5/30V, it provides solutions to diverse power supply problems.A supply voltage of 4.5 V is the minimum value required to operate the device.There are several gate drivers in the -- series, including this one.In order to develop its basis, 8 terminals are used.
