IX2120BTR Overview
There is greater flexibility with the 28-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package.The packaging method is indicated by Tape & Reel (TR).A total of 2 drivers are integrated into its configuration.Surface Mount is mounted in the way.By using 15V~20V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.The gate type on this device is IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET.This device allows temperatures in the range of -40°C~150°C TJ.A type of Non-Inverting is used for input in this program.Mosfet driver is mounted using Surface Mount.Devices have 28 pins available.An output current as high as 2A can be achieved at maximum power.Mosfet driver is possible to set the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to 1200V.Mosfet driver is based on a basis of 2 Output outputs that have been integrated.This device is capable of delivering 2 A current.Operating temperatures cannot exceed 150°C.-40°C is the minimum permissible operating temperature.In the -- series, this gate driver is included.
