ISL89401ABZ-T Overview
A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 9V~14V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -40°C~125°C TJ is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number ISL89401.The board contains 8 pins for component connections.A high-side voltage can be set up to 100V (Bootstrap).
