ISL89400ABZ Overview
For greater flexibility, the SOIC package is adopted.This configuration includes 2 drivers.Mosfet driver consists of 8 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.The device is mounted using Surface Mount.The pins are configured with 8 when designing the chip.The device is specifically designed to operate at 12V volts.Its interface IC is HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.1.25A is the maximum output current.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a temperature of 125°C.Operating temperatures can be as low as -40°C.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended to keep the supply current at 2.2mA to ensure greater stabilMosfet gate driversy.For operation, 114V is the maximum supply voltage.For operation, 9V is the minimum supply voltage.A current of 1.25A is output by the device.The supply voltage is 2.2mA.
