ISL89166FRTAZ-T Overview
Tape & Reel (TR) represents the package.Configuration is based on 2 drivers.Its configuration is based on a total of 8 terminations.Devices are mounted by Surface Mount.At the time of design, it is configured with 8 pins.In order to operate, a voltage of 12V has to be applied.Mosfet driver is equipped wMosfet driverh an interface chip AND GATE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.Mosfet driver is possible to achieve a maximum output current of 6A.There is a maximum operating temperature of 125°C.Minimum operating temperatures are allowed to be -40°C.The maximum voltage for operation is 16V.A supply voltage of 4.5V is the minimum value required to operate the device.6A is the current that it outputs.With a 5mA supply voltage, it operates.
