ISL89165FBEAZ-T Overview
A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 4.5V~16V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -40°C~125°C TJ is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Inverting, Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number ISL89165.There is an interface IC called AND GATE BASED MOSFET DRIVER that is employed in this device.The board contains 8 pins for component connections.
