ISL89162FBEAZ Overview
In order to increase flexibility, the package SOIC is used.Configuration is supported by 2 drivers.The configuration starts with 8 terminations.In this case, Surface Mount indicates how the device is to be mounted.As a result, it is configured with 8 pins when it is designed.With a supply voltage of 12V, it is designed to operate.Mosfet driver utilizes the interface IC AND GATE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.In the maximum case, the output current can be 6A volts.125°C is the maximum operating temperature that can be tolerated.Temperatures below -40°C are allowable as a minimum.For operation, it requires a voltage of 16V.This device operates at 4.5V as the minimum supply voltage.As a result, it outputs a 6A current.
