Its SOIC package is adopted for higher flexibility.Gate drivers incorporates wGate driversh 2 drivers for Gate driverss configuration.There are 8 terminations to form the base of its configuration.Surface Mount is the way it takes to mount the device.Mosfet driver is configured wMosfet driverh 8 pins when designing.Mosfet driver is specifically designed to opeate wMosfet driverh a supply voltage of 12V.AND GATE BASED MOSFET DRIVER is employed as its interface IC.The maximum output current can amount to 6A.The allowable maximum value of operating temperature is 125°C.The allowable minimum value of operating temperature is -40°C.The supply voltage of 16V is its maximum value for operation.The supply voltage of 4.5V is its minimum value for operation.The current it outputs is 6A.
