ISL6801AB Overview
A higher level of flexibility is provided by its SOIC package.The configuration is based on 8 terminations.The mount method is Surface Mount.When the device is designed, it has 8 pins.Specification is for 5V supply voltage operation.There is an interface IC called BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER that is employed in this device.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 200mA.The board contains 8 pins for component connections.The basis of this system consists of 1 outputs.There is a maximum value of 125°C for the allowable operating temperature.Operating temperatures must not exceed -40°C.For operation, the supply voltage of 6.5V is the maximum value.4.5V is the minimum voltage required to operate it.A frequency of 100kHz can improve efficiency.
