ISL6700IRZ Overview
There is greater flexibility with the QFN package.Mosfet driver is based on 12 terminations.Mosfet driver is mounted using Surface Mount.Devices have 12 pins available.The device is specifically designed to function with a supply voltage of 12V V.As its interface IC, HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER is being employed.An output current as high as 1.4A can be achieved at maximum power.The component has 12 pins.Mosfet driver is based on a basis of 2 outputs that have been integrated.Operating temperatures cannot exceed 125°C.-40°C is the minimum permissible operating temperature.Keeping the supply current at 3mA ensures greater stability.During operation, the supply voltage of 15V is its maximum value.In order for it to operate, the supply voltage of 9V must be maintained.As a result, the current it emits is 1.4A.With a voltage of 3mA, it operates with a constant current.
