ISL6622IBZ Overview
For greater flexibility, the SOIC package is adopted.This configuration includes 2 drivers.Mosfet driver consists of 8 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.The device is mounted using Surface Mount.The device is specifically designed to operate at 12V volts.Its interface IC is AND GATE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.3A is the maximum output current.There are 10, 8 component pins on the board.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a temperature of 85°C.Operating temperatures can be as low as -40°C.For operation, 13.2V is the maximum supply voltage.For operation, 6.8V is the minimum supply voltage.A current of 3A is output by the device.
