ISL6622CBZ Overview
In order to increase flexibility, the package SOIC is used.Configuration is supported by 2 drivers.The configuration starts with 8 terminations.In this case, Surface Mount indicates how the device is to be mounted.With a supply voltage of 12V, it is designed to operate.Mosfet driver utilizes the interface IC AND GATE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.In the maximum case, the output current can be 3A volts.The board has a total of 10, 8 component pins.70°C is the maximum operating temperature that can be tolerated.Temperatures below 0°C are allowable as a minimum.For operation, it requires a voltage of 13.2V.This device operates at 6.8V as the minimum supply voltage.As a result, it outputs a 3A current.
