For greater flexibility, its SOIC package is used.Configuration is based on 2 drivers.Its configuration is based on a total of 8 terminations.Devices are mounted by Surface Mount.In order to operate, a voltage of 12V has to be applied.Mosfet driver is equipped wMosfet driverh an interface chip AND GATE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.Mosfet driver is possible to achieve a maximum output current of 3A.The board has 8 component pins.There is a maximum operating temperature of 70°C.Minimum operating temperatures are allowed to be 0°C.The maximum voltage for operation is 13.2V.A supply voltage of 6.8V is the minimum value required to operate the device.3A is the current that it outputs.
