ISL6620AIBZ Overview
A higher level of flexibility is provided by its SOIC package.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.The configuration is based on 8 terminations.The mount method is Surface Mount.When the device is designed, it has 8 pins.Specification is for 5V supply voltage operation.There is an interface IC called AND GATE BASED MOSFET DRIVER that is employed in this device.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 4A.The board contains 8 pins for component connections.There is a maximum value of 85°C for the allowable operating temperature.Operating temperatures must not exceed -40°C.Due to its power supplies of 5V, it solves the power supply problem for a wide range of applications.For operation, the supply voltage of 5.5V is the maximum value.4.5V is the minimum voltage required to operate it.In this case, the current output is 4A.During operation, a voltage of 1.27mA is applied to the power supply.
