ISL6615IBZ Overview
There is greater flexibility with the SOIC package.A total of 2 drivers are integrated into its configuration.Mosfet driver is based on 8 terminations.Mosfet driver is mounted using Surface Mount.The device is specifically designed to function with a supply voltage of 12V V.As its interface IC, AND GATE BASED MOSFET DRIVER is being employed.An output current as high as 4A can be achieved at maximum power.The component has 8 pins.Operating temperatures cannot exceed 85°C.-40°C is the minimum permissible operating temperature.During operation, the supply voltage of 13.2V is its maximum value.In order for it to operate, the supply voltage of 6.8V must be maintained.As a result, the current it emits is 4A.
