ISL6615CRZ-T Overview
A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its DFN package.This device is equipped with 2 drivers for its configuration.It's configured with 10 terminations.The device is mounted with Surface Mount.There are 10 pins available in the device.Mosfet driver is designed specifically to run on 12V volts of power.The interface IC is referred to as AND GATE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.There is a maximum output current of 4A that can be achieved.A board with 10 component pins is available.A maximum operating temperature of 70°C is permissible.There is a minimum operating temperature of 0°C.When the supply voltage is 13.2V, it is at its maximum operation.In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 6.8V must be applied.Mosfet gate drivers outputs a current of 4A at the moment.
