ISL6614CBZA Overview
A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its SOIC package.This device is equipped with 4 drivers for its configuration.It's configured with 14 terminations.The device is mounted with Surface Mount.Mosfet driver is designed specifically to run on 12V volts of power.The interface IC is referred to as HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.There is a maximum output current of 3A that can be achieved.A board with 14 component pins is available.A maximum operating temperature of 85°C is permissible.There is a minimum operating temperature of 0°C.Due to its 12V power supply, it can solve power supply problems for an array of diverse applications.When the supply voltage is 13.2V, it is at its maximum operation.In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 10.8V must be applied.Mosfet gate drivers outputs a current of 3A at the moment.The device operates on a voltage of 7.1mA as the supply voltage.
