ISL6614CBZ Overview
In order to increase flexibility, the package SOIC is used.Configuration is supported by 4 drivers.The configuration starts with 14 terminations.In this case, Surface Mount indicates how the device is to be mounted.As a result, it is configured with 14 pins when it is designed.With a supply voltage of 12V, it is designed to operate.Mosfet driver utilizes the interface IC HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.In the maximum case, the output current can be 3A volts.The board has a total of 14 component pins.85°C is the maximum operating temperature that can be tolerated.Temperatures below 0°C are allowable as a minimum.The power supply of 12V is able to solve the power supply problems for a wide variety of applications.For operation, it requires a voltage of 13.2V.This device operates at 10.8V as the minimum supply voltage.As a result, it outputs a 3A current.A voltage of 7.1mA is used as the supply voltage.
