ISL6613IRZ Overview
There is greater flexibility with the DFN package.A total of 2 drivers are integrated into its configuration.Mosfet driver is based on 10 terminations.Mosfet driver is mounted using Surface Mount.Devices have 10 pins available.As its interface IC, HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER is being employed.An output current as high as 3A can be achieved at maximum power.The component has 10 pins.Operating temperatures cannot exceed 85°C.-40°C is the minimum permissible operating temperature.During operation, the supply voltage of 13.2V is its maximum value.In order for it to operate, the supply voltage of 10.8V must be maintained.As a result, the current it emits is 3A.
