ISL6613EIB-T Overview
A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the packaging method.This device is equipped with 2 drivers for its configuration.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 10.8 V ~ 13.2 V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of N-Channel MOSFET in this design.For this device, the temperature range is -40°C ~ 125°C (TJ).The input type for this program is Non-Inverting.There are numerous related parts listed under its base part number ISL6613.The interface IC is referred to as HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.A board with 8 component pins is available.High-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be as low as 36V.Due to its 5/1212V power supply, it can solve power supply problems for an array of diverse applications.The gate driver is part of the -- series.Mosfet driver ic is not permMosfet driver icted to exceed the maximum operating temperature of 85°C.Temperatures above -40°C should be considered operating conditions.The development of its basis uses 8 terminals.
