ISL6613BECBZ Overview
Its SOIC package provides greater flexibility.The configuration is supported by 2 drivers.Its configuration starts with 8 terminations.You mount it with Surface Mount.In the device, there are 8 pins.A voltage of 12V is required for its operation.Mosfet driver employs an interface chip called HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER as Mosfet drivers interface chip.As a maximum, there is 3A limit to the output current.On the board, there are 8 component pins.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to set the operating temperature to 85°C.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a minimum temperature of 0°C.13.2V is its maximum operating voltage.In order for the device to function, the supply voltage must be set to 7V.Currently, 3A is the current it outputs.The supply voltage of this device is 5mA and it operates with that voltage.
