ISL6613BCRZ-T Overview
For greater flexibility, its 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package is used.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the package.Configuration is based on 2 drivers.Surface Mount is the way in which it is mounted.In the absence of a 7V~13.2V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.This device can operate at temperatures up to 0°C~125°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type.There are various parts that can be found under its base part number ISL6613B.Mosfet driver is equipped wMosfet driverh an interface chip FULL BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.The board has 10 component pins.Maximum (Bootstrap) voltage can be up to 36V.
