ISL6613BCBZ Overview
A higher level of flexibility is provided by its SOIC package.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.The configuration is based on 8 terminations.The mount method is Surface Mount.Specification is for 12V supply voltage operation.There is an interface IC called HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER that is employed in this device.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 3A.The board contains 8 pins for component connections.There is a maximum value of 85°C for the allowable operating temperature.Operating temperatures must not exceed 0°C.For operation, the supply voltage of 13.2V is the maximum value.7V is the minimum voltage required to operate it.In this case, the current output is 3A.During operation, a voltage of 5mA is applied to the power supply.
