ISL6609AIBZ-T Overview
A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the packaging method.This device is equipped with 2 drivers for its configuration.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 4.5V~5.5V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of N-Channel MOSFET in this design.For this device, the temperature range is -40°C~125°C TJ.The input type for this program is Non-Inverting.It's configured with 8 terminations.There are numerous related parts listed under its base part number ISL6609.Mosfet driver is designed specifically to run on 5V volts of power.A board with 8 component pins is available.High-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be as low as 36V.
