ISL6594DCBZ Overview
A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its SOIC package.Tube represents the packaging method.This device is equipped with 2 drivers for its configuration.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 6.8 V ~ 13.2 V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of N-Channel MOSFET in this design.For this device, the temperature range is 0°C ~ 125°C (TJ).The input type for this program is Non-Inverting.It's configured with 8 terminations.There are numerous related parts listed under its base part number ISL6594.The device is mounted with Surface Mount.Mosfet driver is designed specifically to run on 12V volts of power.The interface IC is referred to as HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.A board with 8 component pins is available.High-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be as low as 36V.A maximum operating temperature of 85°C is permissible.There is a minimum operating temperature of 0°C.When the supply voltage is 13.2V, it is at its maximum operation.In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 6.8V must be applied.Mosfet gate drivers outputs a current of 3A at the moment.The gate driver is part of the -- series.The device operates on a voltage of 5mA as the supply voltage.
