ISL6565BCB-T Overview
It comes in the 28-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, which makes switching controller suitable for most applications. It is sufficient to generate 3 outputs with this dc motor controller. Packaging for the pmic consists of Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosures. The program can handle PWM Signal dc switching's outputs (s). dc control's supply and operating voltages are 4.75V~5.25V. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with 0°C~105°C TA. The switching controller can be switched at 80kHz~1.5MHz. dc dc regulators can be carried out with Surface Mount. Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good provides dcdc regulator efficient switching control. The switch converters are connected to an analog IC with a SWITCHING CONTROLLER output. There are a DUAL terminal on the switching converters. Different dc switching's functions can be applied to 28 terminations.
