IRU3038CF Overview
As a result of 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. 1 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. An enclosure of Tube is used to package the PMIC. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 4.2V~25V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Workable in an dc switcher where 0°C~70°C TA is the 0°C~70°C TArm. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 200kHz position. dc dc regulator can be generalized using Surface Mount.
