IR3565AMCP01TRP Overview
As a result of 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. 6 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. The system can process PWM dc switching's outputs (s). 3.3V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Workable in an dc switcher where -40°C~85°C TA is the -40°C~85°C TArm. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 200kHz~2MHz position. Switching control is made easier with the dcdc regulator's Enable, Power Good.
