IR2301SPBF Overview
A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.A packaging method of Tube is used.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 5V~20V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -40°C~150°C TJ is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.The configuration is based on 8 terminations.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number IR2301SPBF.The mount method is Surface Mount.When the device is designed, it has 8 pins.Specification is for 15V supply voltage operation.There is an interface IC called HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER that is employed in this device.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 350mA.A high-side voltage can be set up to 600V (Bootstrap).The basis of this system consists of 2 outputs.This device supports a current output of 200mA at the output.Based on the maximum power dissipation of 625mW, it is clear that it is capable of transferring and conducting power losses without becoming overheated.To ensure high stability, the supply current should be kept at 190μA.Due to its power supplies of 15V, it solves the power supply problem for a wide range of applications.Mosfet gate drivers produces a voltage of 20V.Based on unique technology, FLOATING LOAD DRIVER; UNDER VOLTAGE LOCKOUT CIRCUIT can also be provided.Mosfet driver ic is recommended that the maximum output voltage remain at 20V.
