IR2181PBF Overview
A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package.A packaging method of Tube is used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Through Hole.When the supply voltage is 10V~20V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -40°C~150°C TJ is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.The configuration is based on 8 terminations.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number IR2181PBF.The mount method is Through Hole.When the device is designed, it has 8 pins.Specification is for 15V supply voltage operation.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 2.3A.A high-side voltage can be set up to 600V (Bootstrap).This device supports a current output of 1.9A at the output.Based on the maximum power dissipation of 1W, it is clear that it is capable of transferring and conducting power losses without becoming overheated.Due to its power supplies of 15V, it solves the power supply problem for a wide range of applications.
