IR2153 Overview
For greater flexibility, its 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package is used.Tube represents the package.Configuration is based on 2 drivers.Through Hole is the way in which it is mounted.In the absence of a 10V~15.6V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.This device can operate at temperatures up to -40°C~150°C TJ.RC Input Circuit is used as the input type.Its configuration is based on a total of 8 terminations.There are various parts that can be found under its base part number IR2153.In order to operate, a voltage of 12V has to be applied.Maximum (Bootstrap) voltage can be up to 600V.
