IR21365JTRPBF Overview
A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 44-LCC (J-Lead), 32 Leads package.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.6 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 12V~20V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -40°C~150°C TJ is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Inverting.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number IR21365JPBF.The mount method is Surface Mount.When the device is designed, it has 44 pins.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 350mA.A high-side voltage can be set up to 600V (Bootstrap).The basis of this system consists of 6 outputs.There is a maximum value of 125°C for the allowable operating temperature.Operating temperatures must not exceed -40°C.Based on the maximum power dissipation of 2W, it is clear that it is capable of transferring and conducting power losses without becoming overheated.For operation, the supply voltage of 20V is the maximum value.12V is the minimum voltage required to operate it.
