For greater flexibility, the 28-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package is adopted.A package of Tube has been used.This configuration includes 6 drivers.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.A supply voltage of 12V~20V demonstrates its superiority.IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~150°C TJ.The input type is Inverting.Mosfet driver consists of 28 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.There are various related parts under its base part number IR21363SPBF.The device is mounted using Surface Mount.The pins are configured with 28 when designing the chip.The device is specifically designed to operate at 15V volts.350mA is the maximum output current.There can be a voltage up to 600V on the high-side (Bootstrap).An output current of 200mA is supported.1.6W dissipates maximum power without overheating, showing its maximum capability to transfer and conduct power loss.Mosfet gate drivers outputs 620V as voltage.Mosfet gate drivers is also possible to provide FLOATING LOAD DRIVER; UNDER VOLTAGE LOCKOUT CIRCUIT using unique technologies.Resistance 100Ohm is used for operation.Mosfet driver ic is recommended to keep the maximum output voltage at 20V.
