For greater flexibility, the 44-LCC (J-Lead), 32 Leads package is adopted.A package of Tube has been used.This configuration includes 6 drivers.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.A supply voltage of 10V~20V demonstrates its superiority.IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~150°C TJ.The input type is Inverting.Mosfet driver consists of 32 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.There are various related parts under its base part number IR2130J.The device is specifically designed to operate at 15V volts.There can be a voltage up to 600V on the high-side (Bootstrap).The input is characterized by STANDARD.
