IR2128PBF Overview
There is greater flexibility with the 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package.The packaging method is indicated by Tube.A total of 1 drivers are integrated into its configuration.Through Hole is mounted in the way.By using 12V~20V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.The gate type on this device is IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET.This device allows temperatures in the range of -40°C~150°C TJ.A type of Inverting is used for input in this program.Mosfet driver is based on 8 terminations.Many related parts can be found under its base part number IR2128PBF.Mosfet driver is mounted using Through Hole.Devices have 8 pins available.The device is specifically designed to function with a supply voltage of 15V V.As its interface IC, BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER is being employed.An output current as high as 500mA can be achieved at maximum power.Mosfet driver is possible to set the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to 600V.This device is capable of delivering 200mA current.Based on its maximum power dissipation of 1W, it is clear that it is capable of transferring and conducting power loss without overheating.As a result, a voltage of 620V is produced.For this device to function, a resistance value of 125Ohm is required.
