IR2127STR Overview
There is greater flexibility with the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.The packaging method is indicated by Tape & Reel (TR).A total of 1 drivers are integrated into its configuration.Surface Mount is mounted in the way.By using 12V~20V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.The gate type on this device is IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET.This device allows temperatures in the range of -40°C~150°C TJ.A type of Non-Inverting is used for input in this program.Mosfet driver is based on 8 terminations.Many related parts can be found under its base part number IR2127S.The device is specifically designed to function with a supply voltage of 15V V.As its interface IC, BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER is being employed.Mosfet driver is possible to set the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to 600V.
