IR2113STRPBF Overview
For greater flexibility, the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package is adopted.A package of Tape & Reel (TR) has been used.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.A supply voltage of 3.3V~20V demonstrates its superiority.IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~150°C TJ.The input type is Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver consists of 16 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.There are various related parts under its base part number IR2113SPBF.The device is mounted using Surface Mount.The pins are configured with 16 when designing the chip.The device is specifically designed to operate at 15V volts.2.5mA is the maximum output current.There can be a voltage up to 600V on the high-side (Bootstrap).Based on its basis, it integrates 2 outputs.An output current of 2.5A is supported.1.25W dissipates maximum power without overheating, showing its maximum capability to transfer and conduct power loss.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended to keep the supply current at 340μA to ensure greater stabilMosfet gate driversy.Mosfet gate drivers outputs 20V as voltage.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended that the operating supply voltage be set to 15V volts.Mosfet driver ic is recommended to keep the maximum output voltage at 20V.
