IR2109 Overview
For greater flexibility, the DIP package is adopted.Mosfet driver consists of 8 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.The device is mounted using Through Hole.The device is specifically designed to operate at 15V volts.Its interface IC is HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.There are 8 component pins on the board.Based on its basis, it integrates 2 outputs.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a temperature of 125°C.Operating temperatures can be as low as -40°C.With its power supplies of 15V, it solves the power supply problems for diverse applications.Mosfet gate drivers is also possible to provide FLOATING LOAD DRIVER; UNDER VOLTAGE LOCKOUT CIRCUIT using unique technologies.
