IR2108SPBF Overview
For greater flexibility, its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is used.Tube represents the package.Surface Mount is the way in which it is mounted.In the absence of a 10V~20V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.Gate type IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.This device can operate at temperatures up to -40°C~150°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type.Its configuration is based on a total of 8 terminations.There are various parts that can be found under its base part number IR2108SPBF.Devices are mounted by Surface Mount.At the time of design, it is configured with 8 pins.In order to operate, a voltage of 15V has to be applied.Mosfet driver is possible to achieve a maximum output current of 350mA.Maximum (Bootstrap) voltage can be up to 600V.For its basis, there are 2 outputs integrated.200mA is the maximum output current supported by the device.Having the maximum power dissipation of 625mW indicates its maximum capacity to conduct power losses without overheating.As a precaution, make sure the supply current is kept at 1.6mA.Using its power supply of 15V, it provides solutions to diverse power supply problems.20V is the output voltage.Additionally, unique technology can be utilized to provide FLOATING LOAD DRIVER; UNDER VOLTAGE LOCKOUT CIRCUIT.
