IR2103 Overview
The DIP package provides greater flexibility.Initially, the configuration is composed of 8 terminations.Mounting the device requires Through Hole.A supply voltage of 15V is required for operation.The interface IC of the device is HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.A total of 8 pins are available for component connections.The basis has 2 integrated outputs.Temperatures greater than 125°C are not allowed.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a temperature of -40°C.With its power supplies of 15V, it solves the problems of power supply for a variety of applications.130mA is the output current.The input of this algorithm is characterized by SCHMITT TRIGGER.The output voltage is 10V.
