This is included in the SOIC package.At present, 1 channels are available.It's packaged in a Bulk shape.Total terminations are 8.Device position DUAL is its terminal position.In total, there are 8 pins on it.A supply voltage of 14V can result in high efficiency.8 pins are used in operation.Positioned in direction of Surface Mount, it is at a right angle.Operating at 150°C°C ensures stable performance.The system must function at a minimum temperature of -40°C degrees Celsius in order to maintain its reliability.In order to satisfy the operation criteria, the maximum output current must drop to 15A.Devices have 45mOhm resistance.
