For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tube package. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 133-BFBGA Power Module package. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation.
