IFX78M05ABTFATMA1 Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) case is used to deliver the Voltage Regulated IC. A TO-252-3, DPak (2 Leads + Tab), SC-63 case is used for packaging. As you can see, the IC chip has 2 terminations.
