ICM7555ISA-T Overview
The timer clock is enclosed in a packaging that is attached to the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). Set the frequency of the timer to 500kHz.It is used to pack in Tape & Reel (TR) case. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended.It is possible to provide a voltage of 2V~16.5V by using the programmable timer.The type of chips can be divided into 555 Type, Timer/Oscillator (Single). The operating temperature of this timer clock is -20°C~85°C. To keep the clock timer's supply current at 30μA. It is based on ICM7555. The supply voltage of the programmable timer can rate 5V. The sum of the IC chip pins is 8 . The number of the chip's terminations sums up to 8.
