ICM7240IPE+ Overview
A 16-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm)-shaped packaging surrounds the digital timer. There is 15MHz frequency set on the programmable timer.It is used to pack in Tube case. Through Hole is the recommended mounting type. The programmable timer can supply a voltage of 2V~16V. The type of chips can be divided into Counter/Timer Circuit (CTC), Binary. The operating temperature of this timer clock is -20°C~85°C. To keep the clock timer's supply current at 700μA. It is based on ICM7240. The timer clock contains 16 pins. The supply voltage of the programmable timer can rate 5V. The number of the chip's terminations sums up to 16.
